Project Rehab

Presbyterian Housing Program offers residents in our targeted community the opportunity to have repairs made to the inside and outside of their homes at no cost.  The repairs can include, but is not limited to painting, sheetrock repairs, kitchen and bath remodels, window repairs, door replacement, smoke detector installations, flooring repairs, landscapping, roof repairs, etc.

All repairs are completed by volunteers and area professionals when needed. We spend five consecutive Saturdays working on a given home.  Each Saturday we work from 9a-3:30p and enjoy hard work, lunch, and fellowship.  It is a great mission experience for youth groups, bible study groups, business groups, friends, and families.

PHP has completed our two homes for 2006 and is currently seeking funds and qualified applicants for our 2007 calendar.  Without financial sponsorship, families in our area will continue to live with holes in their floors and roofs and substandard and unsanitary kitchen and bath conditions.
