Project New Construct

Presbyterian Housing Program Inc is dedicated to addressing the needs of our community through various projects.  One of these projects in Project New Construct.  Through this project, PHP builds new, affordable homes for low to moderate income indiviudals and families.  These homes have 1100 square feet of living space.  They are three bedroom, two bath homes with a one car garage.  They start at approx $90,000 and with first time homebuyer assistance can cost as little as $750 a month (including insurance and taxes)!
